Cy
Cy'an might just be Bangkok's best upscale restaurant.

Set in the Metropolitan Hotel, Cy’an’s dining room is not unlike a chic school cafeteria, an odd setting for what is likely Bangkok's best upscale restaurant.

Emphasizing fresh seafood and Mediterranean and Moorish influences, the flavors at Cy’an are also in their own particular league, and are a profound contrast with much of the spicy tastes that dominate Bangkok.

Perpetual menu favorite oysters are recommended, but be sure to snap up any Chinese-sounding menu items, as Aussie Head Chef Daniel Moran worked for nearly a decade under one of Australia’s most-lauded Chinese chefs. If you can’t fit dinner into the schedule or the budget, Cy’an also offers a generous set-lunch special.

They accept:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash
