Bo.Lan
Bo.Lan takes Thai cuisine where no chef has dared to go before.

Bo.Lan has been making waves in Bangkok's culinary scene since it opened this year. Serving hard-to-find -- if not impossible -- Thai dishes in an upscale, hip atmosphere, the restaurant is true to Thai cuisine's roots yet adds a special twist.

The chefs, a Thai-Australian couple, met while working at David Thompson's famed Thai restaurant, Nahm, in London. Located in a renovated house on Sukhumvit Soi 26, Bo.Lan serves dishes like smoked Chiang Mai river trout salad, green curry stuffed egg yolks and stir-fried beef with dried shrimp paste.

Bo.Lan is perfect for a romantic dinner or a work meeting with colleagues who appreciate fine food. If you’re feeling especially ravenous, go for the 11-course set menu.
