The Nest Bangkok is one of the newest additions to Bangkok's roof-top bar scene.
The antidote to throbbing techno music, cover charges and too many "working" women ruining your relaxing after dinner cocktails might just be found at Nest, a small rooftop bar atop the Fenix Hotel.
The faux “beach” area with sand gets a fail (who wants sandy feet?) but otherwise it all works. Every seat in the house is comfortable, the music isn’t too loud and no one has an attitude. It’s a place for scoping out a good spot and staying a while.
Eighties haters need not apply, as you’ll probably hear some Wham and vintage Madonna before the evening is out.
