Hello, there. I am W. David Marx -- CNNGo's Tokyo City Editor.

My writing and translation has been published in such places as GQ, Harper's, Brutus, Nylon, Weekly Diamond, The Fader and the Da Capo anthology "Best Music Writing 2009." I am also a former editor of Tokion (U.S.) and the Harvard Lampoon.

During the second half of the Aughts, I released two-and-a-half albums on New York-based indie labels under the artist name Marxy.
