Hunter Braithwaite was born in the Philippines and has grown up on three continents. He has tended bar, worked as a librarian for the blind, and written travel books for National Geographic. He studied literature and cultural theory at the College of William and Mary. He writes about issues such as art, subcultures, and globalism. He also teaches Western Culture and Media English at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. That said, he has a lot of free time and would love to get a beer.
